Wikis!

I am already a contributing member to a couple of Wikis, which I find interesting and entertaining. My favourite one is our wiki which is a 'virtual' book club. It's a great application for the wiki format! :)

Flikr - Our Shed

I knew that one of my friends had taken some photos of our garden a couple of years ago. I hunted around flikr and found the photo of our back shed! It's a great photo and it's great to have access to it so easily through flikr!

There were a number of other photographs my friend took during this visit, and it's been great to look through her collection on flikr and see where she travelled after visiting us!

I have actually been looking at our own library's blogs and learning more about where I work!

Can you see a use for blogs inside the Library?
Absolutely, they are already up and running successfully.

How about blogging for a client audience?
I would want more experience before puttnig too much out there on the web! :)
